Craig Norman Lease II, age 44 of North Platte, passed away January 3, 2014 at Bryan Memorial East Hospital in Lincoln, NE.
Craig was born in Marshalltown, IA on June 2, 1969 to Craig Norman and Delcena Kay (Brekke) Lease. He grew up in Beaman, IA and attended BCLUW High School. He graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Tech. with an AA degree. He married Lora Beaver in 1993 and they were blessed with 11 children, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Joshua, David, McKenna, Jadon, Keagan, Ethan, Elliana, Adalynn and Kobe. Over the years he worked for Wells Fargo, Kunnkel Auto and most recently the Union Pacific Railroad. He was an active member of Harvest Christian Church and the Christian Motorcycle Association. He enjoyed collecting Star Wars memorabilia, playing cards, and Xbox games with his kids and friends. His children were the center of his life.
Craig is survived by his children Kaitlyn, Caleb, Joshua, David, McKenna, Jadon, Keagan, Ethan, Elliana, Adalynn and Kobe; 4 grandsons; his mother Delcena Lease; and his brother Christopher (Stacy) Lease.
He was preceded in death by his father Craig; and his grandparents.
Memorials may be made in his name and online condolences may be shared at www.adamsswanson.com. Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday January 11, 2014 at Harvest Christian Fellowship Church with Reverends John Anderson and Ron Lauber officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at Graceland Cemetery in Madison, SD. Those wishing to sign the register book may do so Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
