Gothenburg Couple Fined for 16 Hunting Violations

gavel-more(AP) — A Gothenburg couple has been ordered to pay a total of $11,400 after being found guilty of multiple hunting violations in Dawson County.

Dustin Noble was convicted of 15 violations Thursday morning, including counts for killing antelope and deer over legal bag limits on several different hunting seasons. The 34-year-old Noble was assessed fines of $2,500 and damages of $7,7000, and his privileges to hunt, fish or trap were suspended for 10 years.

Noble had originally been charged with 71 game law violations, but 56 were dropped as part of a plea agreement.

Noble’s wife, 28-year-old Jessica Noble, was convicted of one count of killing deer over the bag limit. She was fined $200 and ordered to pay $1,000 in damages.
