Nebraska junior Hannah Werth was named the Big Ten Conference Player of the Week for her performance in the team’s road victories over Wisconsin and Minnesota. Werth posted double-doubles in both matches. She tallied 15 kills and 10 digs in a three-set sweep over the Badgers, and then collected 15 kills and 17 digs, to go along with six stuff blocks, in a five-set victory over the Golden Gophers. Werth is the second Husker to take Player of the Week honors this season. Gina Mancuso took the honor for the week of September 26^th.
