Tonight on ESPN Radio 1410, the North Platte Community College Knights volleyball team begins play in the Region IX Division II tournament at Central Community College in Columbus. The Knights have won the region championship each of the last two seasons on their way to berths in the NJCAA national tournament. This year they enter the tournament as the second seed, with an overall record of 15-19. The host Central Raiders are the top seed, with a 26-9 record and the number nine ranking in the NJCAA Division II poll. Southeast Community College is the third seed, with a record of 14-21.
