The Husker volleyball team fell to second in the poll after falling in four sets to Penn State in State College on Saturday, their first loss in Big Ten play. The defeat snapped a sixteen-match winning streak and dropped the Huskers to 18-2, but that is hardly the Huskers’ biggest issue. Junior setter Lauren Cook, daughter of head coach John Cook, was arrested on Sunday and accused of driving under a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident. Cook allegedly collided with a motorcycle stopped on the side of the road, leaving both of its passengers injured. According to the police report, Cook initially fled the scene, but stopped a half mile from the accident and called the police. Coach Cook has not announced any disciplinary measures as of yet. The Huskers host Michigan and Michigan State this weekend.
