SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Police in Sioux Falls say two Omaha men have been arrested after they were pulled over driving a U-Haul van loaded with a stolen ATM.
Police spokesman Sam Clemens a motorist driving by a gas station reported seeing the ATM being loaded into the van. The caller also reported seeing the van take off down Interstate 229.
Clemens says 23-year-old Kentrell Reed and 22-year-old Isaiah Brown were arrested after the van was pulled over. They are facing initial charges of third-degree burglary, grand theft, possession of stolen property and intentional damage to property.
The arresting officer also found a sledgehammer and other tools. Police believe the van was backed into the window and the sledgehammer used to break the glass.
Police are still looking for a third suspect.
