OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Omaha police say a woman has been critically injured after being shot and crashing her car.
Twenty-one-year-old Nicole Kydney of Omaha says she was sitting in her car on Sunday when a person got in and shot her. She says the suspect fled and that she tried to drive away.
Kydney crashed her car into a fence about 2 miles away. She was taken to an area hospital in critical condition. Police say the injuries aren’t believed to be life threatening.
No arrests have been reported.
