GRETNA, Neb. (AP) — A Sarpy County man accused of attempting to sexually assault a woman has taken a plea deal with prosecutors.
32-year-old Kelley Hill pleaded guilty to a felony charge of terroristic threats on Monday. Two misdemeanor charges were dropped.
Two women tell deputies Hill approached and threatened them as they were walking home. They say he punched one woman in the face before attempting to sexually assault her.
Authorities say a nearby resident heard the women screaming and chased Hill off. Deputies found him hiding under a tree about six minutes later.
Kelley is scheduled to be sentenced on Monday.
