Lincoln Store Burglarized

burglarLINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Police in Lincoln say a computer store has been burglarized for the second time in nine months.

A city employee called police at 2:30 a.m. Friday after seeing men dressed in masks hauling equipment through a broken window.

Lincoln police chief Jim Peschong says investigators were still waiting Friday for staffers to determine what was missing. But the value of the stolen equipment could be as much as $30,000.

The store was robbed by two men wearing masks and carrying a machete, a stun gun and a baton in March. Police arrested three people from Omaha suspected in at least seven Lincoln-area robberies.
