OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — A woman has been injured in a fire that started on a house porch in northeast Omaha.

Officials say the fire began about 5:15 a.m. Monday and was reported by a neighbor. Firefighters say flames were coming from the porch when firetrucks arrived.

The woman was taken to Nebraska Medical Center for treatment of smoke inhalation. Her name and other details about the fire haven’t been released.

The fire cause is being investigated.
