Omaha Man Dies in Collision Sunday Morning

lancaster-county-sheriffOMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Authorities are investigating a fatal collision in Lancaster County that killed an Omaha man.

The crash happened on Southwest 100th Street around 6:40 a.m.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s office says a southbound car driven by 31-year-old Mario Loarca-Garcia crossed over the center line and collided with another car.

Loarca-Garcia died at the scene of the crash.

The driver of the other vehicle, 44-year-old Merri Bradley of rural Crete, Nebraska, was taken to a Lincoln hospital in critical condition.
