An officer contacted two people seated inside a parked car, affixed with stolen license plates. A man, seated in the driver’s seat, was found to have two felony warrants out of Merrick County. One warrant was for Terroristic Threats, the second for Obstructing a Peace Officer. Two other officers arrived on scene and were assisting with the arrest when the man stated he “wasn’t going to jail” and began to struggle with officers.
