JESSICA SIMPSON, ALWAYS A BRIDESMAID: Jessica Simpson might be close to giving birth to her first child — but that didn’t stop her from fulfilling her bridesmaid duties for her friend, Lauren Zelman who married actor, Bret Harrison. Jessica’s sister, Ashlee was also a bridesmaid and Ashlee and ex-husband,Pete Wentz’s, son Bronx was the ring bearer.

LOURDES CAUGHT SMOKING: Madonna’s 15-year-old daughter, Lourdes, was caught by paparazzi smoking a cigarette in New York City. It’s not against the law for a 15-year-old to smoke a cigarette. However, the minimum age to purchase a cigarette is 18.

BRENDA SONG IN NEW TV SHOW: Brenda Song is reportedly filming a new NBC pilot called Daddy’s Girls. According to Deadline, the show also stars Christine Woods and will follow a young woman who returns home from overseas to find that her father is dating the “mean girl” from high school.

  • Sherri Shepherd and Val Chmerkovskiy followed with a jive to “Proud Mary.” Bruno shouted, Shake, rattle and roll! Score: 23
  • Melissa Gilbert and Maksim Chmerkovskiy did a quickstep to Dancing With Myself.  Melissa dated Billy Idol in the ’80’s. She had a slip on the floor. Carrie Ann reminded her to control her nerves. Score: 20
  • Jack Wagner and Anna Trebunskaya did a jive to Gimme Some Lovin by The Spencer Davis Group. Both Bruno and Carrie thought that they over-danced it. Score: 21
  • Gladys Knight and Tristan MacManus did a quickstep to Sir Dukeh by Stevie Wonder. Len found fault with her footwork, and drew some boos from the audience.Score: 19

  • Martina Navratilova and Tony Dovolani performed a jive to Tell Her About It by Billy Joel. Martina quickly fell out of step. Score: 17

  • William Levy and Cheryl Burke closed the night with a quickstep to the standard Nice Work if You Can Get It. The crowd went wild for the telenovela hottie. Bruno said he dazzled. Len wasn’t as impressed. Score: 25

FAN ARRESTED FOR BREAKING INTO SIMON COWELL’S HOME: An “overzealous fan” was arrested over the weekend after breaking into Simon Cowell’s London mansion — while he was home.GossipCop.com reported that Cowell was watching TV when the woman, Leanna Zaloumis, broke in. She was detained by Cowell’s security until police arrived and subsequently charged with suspicion of aggravated burglary, though it doesn’t appear anything was taken. Cowell’s rep would only say, “This is now a police matter.”GALLAGHER SUFFERS ANOTHER HEART ATTACK: The comedian suffered a mild heart attack just four days after he was discharged from the hospital from his previous one. A rep told TMZ, “Gallagher suffered a mild heart attack today at a hospital in Sedona due to complications from his previous heart attack. He is awake and resting comfortably now.”

DONALD TRUMP’S SONS UNDER INVESTIGATION: The Zimbabwe Conservation Task Force is reportedly investigating Donald Trump’s sons Donald Jr. and Eric to determine if their hunting trip was legal. TMZ.com reported that the men used a South African safari firm that is not registered in Zimbabwe during the 2011 trip, which recently made headlines after photos surfaced of them posing with their kills. The men reported killed an elephant, an endangered leopard, a buffalo, a crocodile and other “big game” animals.

JON HAMM SAID HE’D BE A TERRIBLE FATHER: There’s one pretty major reason that Jon Hammdoesn’t have children. The Mad Men/Friends With Kids star told Us Weekly, “I’d be a terrible father!” He explained, “I see my friends who have children and I’m like, ‘Dude, how are you even upright, much less here at work at 6 a.m.?'”

BETH LITTLEFORD ADOPTS: Beth Littleford has adopted a daughter. A rep for the actress, most recently seen in Crazy, Stupid Love, confirmed that she and husband Rob Fox adopted daughter Halcyon “Hallie” Juna Fox. The couple has a son, Jackson, who Littleford gave birth to in 2005.

TORI SPELLING IS PREGNANT AGAIN: Tori Spelling is pregnant again. Just five months after giving birth to daughter Hattie, the reality star announced that she and Dean McDermott are expanding their family yet again. She wrote on her website, “Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way. We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us.
