Chaz Bono is UPSET (to say the least) about the National Enquirer’s recent story that he’ll die by 2015. The tabloid cited a doctor and an expert, who said that his weight combined with stress and his gender reassignment meds means he’ll die an early death. Chaz’s legal team sent a letter to the tabloid and told them to print a retraction: “The salacious and inflammatory headline and article were crafted for the malicious purpose of discriminating against our client’s gender and sexual orientation. Further, the statements you attribute to Dr. Patrick Wanis and your depiction of him as a medical doctor specializing in transgender health issues are highly misleading and blatantly false.”

Yesterday a judge sentenced Lindsay Lohan to serve 30 days in jail for a probation violation, but due to jail overcrowding, she will only serve a portion of that time. TMZ.com is reporting the actress will serve just six days of the sentence due to California’s jail overcrowding issues. She cannot serve those six days under house arrest or electronic monitoring. The judge also ordered Lohan to continue undergoing counseling sessions and kept the actress on a short leash.
