KELLY OSBOURNE’S EX BANNED FROM COUNTRY: Kelly Osbourne’s ex-boyfriend, Bert McCraken and his band The Used have reportedly been banned from performing in Canada for a decade, because of Bert’s criminal record. According to Rolling Stone, the group had to cancel a Canadian tour after McCraken was denied entry. Bert said, “They won’t let me in. They said not for 10 years. It’s weird, they’re like, ‘You need to rehabilitate these crimes before you come back to Canada.’ I’m like, ‘What does that mean?’ When I say criminal record, I’m talking teensy, eensy misdemeanors they still have on my record from, like, 2001 and 2003 – trespassing.”

GossipCop.com reported that the bitter exes reached an out-of-court settlement on Monday, the day before they were due to begin a trial. Brinkley announced on Facebook, “In a late night settlement, I finally won the right to establish boundaries with provisions such as an intermediary to deal with email bullying, verbal and emotional abuse. JENNA JAMESON CHARGED WITH DUI: Jenna Jameson has been charged with DUI in connection with her arrest last month. The former porn star was busted in California on May 25th after smashing her car into a light pole. She subsequently failed a sobriety test and police said she was over the legal alcohol limit and had two prescription drugs in her system at the time of her arrest. She’s now been charged with two counts of DUI and one count of driving without a valid license. She could face up to a year in jail if convicted.
BRAD AND ANGELINA GETTING MARRIED IN ENGLAND? Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly planning to tie the knot overseas. The Daily Star reported that the couple want to get married in a simple ceremony in England and then hold a bigger celebration in France. A source told the tabloid, “They’ve always planned to have the official part secretly with just their kids and family. They’re looking at Windsor register office, where Charles and Camilla and Elton John and David Furnish tied the knot. It allows same-sex marriages, something the couple passionately believe in.”
REGIS PHILBIN PERMANENTLY TEAMING UP WITH KATHIE LEE? Regis Philbin might be headed back to morning television — alongside his former Live! co-host Kathie Lee Gifford. RadarOnline.com reported that if Hoda Kotb replacesAnn Curry opposite Matt Lauer, as its been reported, Regis could step in alongside Kathie Lee for the fourth hour of the Today show. NEW GLEE DETAILS REVEALED: Details have been revealed about the characters that Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker will play on Glee next season. TV Guide reported that Hudson will play a NYADA dance instructor who coaches Lea Michele’s character Rachel. Parker will play a “manager of sorts” to Chris Colfer’s character, Kurt — however, it’s not in the performance arena. The show’s fourth season will premiere on September 13th.
CHRIS PINE NOT STARRING IN ’50 SHADES OF GREY’: Contrary to reports, Chris Pine will not be starring as Christian Grey in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie. The Disney Pixar animated movie Brave, about a feisty Scottish princess defying tradition that would have her marrying against her will, opened in first place at the weekend box office, taking in $66.7 million. Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, fell to second place after two weekends at Number One.

Adele’s new biography is revealing that her hit album, 21 is about how she got her heart broken by a bisexual boyfriend. According to RadarOnline.com, Adele: The Biography reveals that Adele had her heart broken by a boy when she was 18 and the relationship was reportedly doomed by the start.
The book says, “One thing we know Is that it was a first love gone terribly bad. While wise in the ways of the world, she was still a young girl when it came to affairs of the heart. Adele had professed her love and he did the same. She had known he was bisexual but, in the rush of romance, felt they could make it work. Four hours after laying their emotional cards on the table, the boy ran off with one of Adele’s gay friends! ‘Great!'” Adele reportedly said in a moment of candor recalling her devastation. ‘We weren’t even officially going out yet and you’ve cheated on me already!'”
