HILARY DUFF IS A SMOKIN’ MAMA: Hilary Duff might be a smoking mother — but she isn’t a mother who smokes. Hilary addressed pictures of herself holding a cigarette on Twitter. She tweeted, “Yikes me holding a cigarette for my friend might have been a bad idea! pretty bummed about the photo.. Sorry guys, looks worst than it is!”

THE VOICE FINALISTS RELEASING ALBUMS: Vicci Martinez, a finalist in Season 1 of The Voice will be releasing her first album, Vicci today (June 19). Semi-finalist for Team Cee Lo Green in Season 2,Jamar Rogers will be releasing his new single, “Where Would I Be Without You” on iTunes as well.

VANILLA ICE IS ALIVE: Vanilla Ice is alive and well after a prank site posted a report about the rapper being involved in a fatal car crash. Vanilla Ice took to his Twitter to let everyone know he is fine. He said, “I don’t know who’s spreading this rumor about me dying in a car crash but – I’M ALIVE ! I have like 30 texts, from mom family and friends.”

‘MAD MEN’ ROMANCE TURNS REAL? A Mad Men romance has apparently turned real. PerezHilton.com reported that Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiserare dating in real life. A witness saw the couple board a flight from NYC to LAX over the weekend — and although they weren’t seated together — he was spotted leaning over to kiss her. Kartheiser plays Pete Campbell on the show, and had an affair with Bledel’s new character this past season.

MEL GIBSON PARTIES WITH MARIA MENOUNOS: Mel Gibson and Maria Menounos are apparently buddies. TMZ.com reported that Mel came out to celebrate Maria’s 34th birthday at her home — and stayed until 4 a.m.

STACY KEIBLER IS NOT PREGNANT: Contrary to rumors, Stacy Keibler is not pregnant with George Clooney’s baby. Reports about a possible Clooney offspring surfaced after Stacy was photographed sporting a rounder midsection, but sources told TMZ that the rumors are “100% FALSE.”

NICK STAHL REPORTEDLY MISSING AGAIN: Nick Stahl has gone missing again. EOnline.com reported that the actor’s family has not heard from him in four days — following his unadvised departure from rehab. Stahl’s wife reported him missing last month — prompting him to eventually check into rehab, where he stayed for just a couple of weeks. It’s been widely reportedly that he’s been struggling with drug addiction.

GISELE BUNDCHEN IS HIGHEST-PAID MODEL: Gisele Bundchen is the world’s highest paid supermodel, according to Forbes magazine. The pregnant stunner topped the list after having earned $45 million from May 2011 to May 2012. Kate Moss was a distant second, banking $10 million during that period, while Natalia Vodianova, the face of Calvin Klein, earned $8.6 million for third place. Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes rounded out the top five. Heidi Klum wasn’t taken into consideration as the magazine has now deemed her a businesswoman instead of a model.

NBA FINALS BRINGING BIG RATINGS: The NBA finals are scoring big ratings for ABC. EW.com reported that the three games that have been played between the Heat and the Thunder are the highest-rated NBA Finals since 2004. The games are averaging and 11.3 rating — up five percent from last year.

JACK OSBOURNE TO APPEAR ON ‘THE TALK’: Jack Osbourne will appear on his mom’s TV showThe Talk this Wednesday to discuss his recent multiple sclerosis diagnosis. Sharon was in tears on Monday discussing her son’s situation. She told her co-hosts, “Jack will actually be here on Wednesday to talk about his diagnosis, but he’s great. He’s doing really, really good and I want to thank everyone for all their texts and goodwill and love they send to us…”

KATY PERRY GIVES HER BF A GIFT: Katy Perry is reportedly head over heels for her Florence & the Machine guitarist boyfriend, Robert Ackroyd. According to Perez Hilton, Katy is so in love that she bought Ackroyd a $35,000 vintage, Fender guitar. A source said, “She’s so smitten she’s bought Rob some very decent gifts. He’s into his vintage guitars so she knew he’d be impressed by the Fender.”

DEMI LOVATO KNOWS HOW TO GET UNDER SIMON’S SKIN: Demi Lovato reportedly really knows how to push Simon Cowell’s buttons during The X Factor. According to Perez Hilton, they are constantly going back and forth with each other. A source said, “Demi and Simon are always winding each other up. He loves it when people give as good as they get – and Demi really does! He started off accusing her of being ‘annoying’ and talking too much, now she’s a brat!”

ADAM LEVINE IN ANOTHER FILM: Adam Levine has reportedly been cast in a leading role in the feature film, Can A Song Save Your Life. The musical film is reportedly written and directed by Once’s John Carney and produced by Judd ApatowKeira Knightley and Mark Ruffalo are also reportedly starring in the movie.

COURTENEY AND DAVID HANG OUT AFTER DIVORCE FILING: Courteney Cox and David Arquette are continuing to prove that ex-spouses can still be great friends. A week after filing for divorce, the estranged couple celebrated Courteney’s birthday together — along with their daughter Coco. The threesome was photographed on a lunch date in Malibu on Friday. GIULIANA AND BILL ARE HAVING A BOY: Giuliana and Bill Rancic will be the parents of a baby boy later this year. The couple, who are welcoming their first child via a gestational surrogate, revealed its gender to E! News. Bill said, “We are beyond excited to be having a little boy. We are so ready for everything that comes with being a new mom and dad!” The couple celebrated the impending arrival with a baby shower over the weekend. Their son is due later this summer.

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN IS STILL PREGNANT: Contrary to reports, Kourtney Kardashian has not yet given birth. The reality star sparked rumors that she’d welcomed her daughter after tweeting, “Chick-fil-A and a water birth. No big deal.” She later clarified that she’d watched a water birth alongside her sister Khloe. Kourtney is, however, due in the next few weeks.

NICK STAHL REPORTEDLY LEAVES REHAB: Nick Stahl has reportedly checked out of rehab against the advice of his doctors. A source told E! News, “He left a week ago. He walked out against doctors’ advice. He just didn’t want to be there anymore. . . It is very sad. He’s still struggling and has yet to hit rock bottom. Everyone is extremely worried about him.” Nick was in treatment for less than a month after his wife reported him missing and he subsequently sought help. It’s unclear where he is now.

DONNY OSMOND TO BE A GRANDFATHER AGAIN: Donny Osmond is going to be a grandfather for the fifth time. The entertainer’s son Don Jr. broke the news to his father on Friday’s episode of The Talk, telling his dad, “I wanted to take a minute to say I’m very grateful and I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to break you into fatherhood. I wasn’t the first to make you a grandfather, but Jessica and I have your fifth grandbaby.” Donny teared up and hugged his son before saying, “Now I feel really old!”

MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY IS HOLLYWOOD’S SEXIEST DAD: Matthew McConaughey topped an online Father’s Day poll about who was Hollywood’s sexiest dad. McConaughey won 21 percent of Fandango.com’s votes, followed by Brad Pitt with 16 percent. Johnny Depp, Mark Wahlberg and Chris Hemsworth rounded out the top five, while Will Smith, Matt Damon, Denzel Washington, Hugh Jackman and Tom Cruise also landed spots on the list.

JUDGE WON’T BLOCK ‘GLASS HOUSE’: CBS seems to have lost its battle to block the premiere of ABC’s new reality show The Glass House, which they claim is a ripoff of Big Brother. CBS filed a motion, hoping that the courts would prevent The Glass House from making its debut tonight, but a judge said he was “not likely” to issue a preliminary ruling siding with ABC. He said that he didn’t think CBS’s copyright claim was strong and doesn’t believe “the broadcast will dull the appetite for viewers of Big Brother,” explaining — “The proliferation of reality shows and audiences’ fascination with these shows is well understood, even for those of us who don’t understand it.”

KEVIN COSTNER WINS STEVEN BALDWIN LAWSUIT: A judge found that Kevin Costner is not liable for Steven Baldwin having sold his stock in a company that made oil spill cleanup machines. Baldwin and a partner were seeking $17 million from Costner, claiming that the actor tricked them into selling their stock — the same week that BP placed a $52 million order for the technology. Costner, who refused to settle, said after the ruling, “It was my good luck that they saw the truth of this story, and the good luck of this company and everybody involved that we were talking about the facts and not a story.”

NICOLE SCHERZINGER JOINS ‘X FACTOR UK’: Nicole Scherzinger has officially joined The X Factorin the UK. Just months after being dropped from the American version of the show, Nicole tweeted, “I’m so excited to join the UK X Factor family. It’s where I got my start, so it feels great to come full circle. I can’t wait to see what talent the UK has to offer and to help inspire and bring out the best in these artists.” Scherzinger previously served as a guest judge in the UK before Simon Cowell hired her for the inaugural U.S. season.

 

WEEKEND MOVIE WRAP-UP

Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted was the top movie at the box office for the second weekend in a row, and the sci-fi film Prometheus also held on to its spot from last week, remaining at Number Two. They held off two newcomers with disappointing debuts: Rock of Ages and That’s My Boy. The musical Rock of Ages, featuring a star-studded ensemble cast that includes Tom CruiseCatherine Zeta-JonesAlec BaldwinPaul GiamattiJulianne HoughRussell BrandMalin AkermanMary J. Blige and Diego Boneta, opened in third place. The film is adapted from the Broadway “jukebox musical” stage show built around 1980s rock hits, telling the story of a couple in 1987 Los Angeles trying to save a rock club from destruction.

Debuting at Number Five was comedian Adam Sandler’s That’s My Boy, in the worst showing for one of his films since the mid-1990s. The film stars Sandler as a guy who raised his son as a single parent after getting his seventh-grade teacher pregnant and is now a middle-aged loser trying to reconnect with his estranged, now-grown son, played by Saturday Night Live’s Andy Samberg. Co-starring are Leighton MeesterVanilla IceMilo Ventimiglia, Will ForteRachel Dratch, Nick Swardson and James Caan.
