Lincoln – With an 8-2 victory on Tuesday night at Hawks Field behind Ryan Boldt’s first career multi home run game, the Nebraska baseball team (17-7, 3-0 Big Ten) won its seventh straight game over the Creighton Bluejays (16-5, 0-0 Big East) and snapped the Jays’ 10-game winning streak. Huskers Return to Practice

Lincoln, Neb. – The Nebraska football team practiced for just over two hours in the Hawks Championship Center Tuesday afternoon, as the Huskers began the second part of spring drills.

Huskers Hold on for 9-8 Win, Sweep Boilermakers

West Lafayette, Ind. – The Nebraska baseball team (16-7, 3-0 Big Ten) completed a sweep of the Purdue Boilermakers (4-17, 0-3 Big Ten) on Sunday afternoon, holding on for a 9-8 victory. Terre Haute, Ind. – Powered by 10 hits, including a pair of home runs, the Nebraska baseball team (13-7, 0-0 Big Ten) finished a two-game sweep of the Indiana State Sycamores (13-9, 0-0 MVC) on Wednesday afternoon with a 11-4 win.
