THROUGH SOUTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA DURING THE MORNING
HOURS. THE HIGHEST PRECIPITATION TOTALS WILL OCCUR OVER SOUTHWEST
INTO NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...HOWEVER THE CHANGE OVER TO SNOW WILL
BE LATER. THE SNOW WILL END TUESDAY EVENING...FROM WEST TO EAST.

  ACROSS SOUTHWEST INTO NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. MODERATE TO HEAVY
  SNOW IS ANTICIPATED DURING THE MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON
  HOURS...OTHERWISE SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO BE LIGHT TO
  OCCASIONALLY MODERATE. SNOW WILL TAPER TO FLURRIES THEN END FROM
  WEST TO EAST THIS EVENING.
