COLUMBUS, Neb. (AP) — Two former students at Lindsay Holy Family school in the central
Nebraska town of Lindsay have been placed on probation for secretly making videos of the girls basketball team undressing in the locker rooms.
Local Media says a Platte County Juvenile Court judge sentenced the 15-year-old boys to six months of probation on Monday. The judge also ordered the boys to complete 40 hours of community service, undergo counseling and write letters of apology to the girls.
The teens, who were expelled from Holy Family, admitted their involvement in the January taping episodes in plea agreements with the Platte County attorney’s Office.
