Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy is a hot candidate for a head coaching gig, and Buffalo, Chicago and Arizona have already sought and received permission to interview McCoy. But the Broncos will not allow division rivals in San Diego to interview director of player personnel Matt Russell for their open GM position.
