The North Platte Bulldogs and St. Patrick’s Irish are in Lincoln today to open the boys basketball state tournament. It’s the first time both teams from North Platte will play at state in 79 years. The Irish are the fourth seed in the Class C2 bracket. They take on Hartington Cedar Catholic in first-round play this morning at 10:45 AM. ESPN Radio 1410 will have live coverage starting with the pregame show at 10:30. At 2 PM, the Bulldogs will take center stage at the Devaney Center.
