(AP) — A federal judge has ruled there’s enough probable cause to move forward with the case of an Omaha woman accused of supplying ammunition to a man suspected of going on a three-week killing spree.

U.S. Magistrate Thomas Thalken on Monday ordered 39-year-old Christine Bordeaux to be held until more proceedings in her case are scheduled.

Bordeaux is accused of illegally buying two boxes of Brenneke Classic Magnum 12-gauge ammunition in early August. Authorities have linked the ammunition to several killings in the Omaha area. Nikko Jenkins is currently being held without bond on four counts of first-degree murder in the slayings.

Bordeaux faces a federal charge of being a felon in possession of ammunition. Court records do not indicate an attorney.
