The North Platte Lady Bulldogs capped off a tremendous 2015 volleyball season with a runner-up finish in the Class A State Tournament. It was North Platte’s best finish since the 1980 state championship team, and their fourth all-time state championship game appearance. The Lady Bulldogs fell to top seed Omaha Marian 3-0 in the championship match, as the Crusaders won their third consecutive state title. North Platte finished the season 37-4 with three of those four losses to Omaha Marian.
