NPCC Lady Knights Volleyball Travels to Play McCook

NPCC Knights LogoNorth Platte – The North Platte Community College Lady Knights volleyball team will travel to play the McCook Community College Lady Indians on Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m.

The Lady Knights are 8-13 on the season.  They are 2-1 in the Nebraska Community College Athletic Conference.

The Lady Knights and the Lady Indians have met three times this season with North Platte winning two of the three matches. The Lady Knights hold a 113-14 advantage in the all-time series between the two schools.

Josie Palmer leads the Lady Knights in kills with 181 kills.  Jessica Lovitt is second on the team with 157 kills.  Lovitt does lead the Lady Knights in blocks with 77 blocks. Shelby Wolever has 427 set assists and Megan Chintala has 334 defensive digs to lead the Lady Knights in each of those categories.

The Lady Indians are 4-16 on the season and 1-2 in NCCAC play.

Aijahnae Springs has 242 kills to lead the Lady Indians.  Megan Orth is second with 138 kills.  Dylann Bylund has 524 set assists, Jess Mahan has 224 defensive digs, and Melissa Hall has 42 blocks for the Lady Indians.
