CHICAGO (AP) — Eric Hosmer and Kendrys Morales homered and Johnny Cueto threw six quality innings, but the Kansas City Royals lost to the Chicago White Sox 4-2 on Tuesday night.

Lincoln – The Nebraska football team practiced for 90 minutes Tuesday afternoon. The offense practiced outside on the Ed and Joyanne Gass Practice Field, while the defense practiced inside the Hawks Center.

Kearney, Ne. – The Tri-City Storm has added forward Nicholas Nardella to the team’s Affiliate List, Head Coach and General Manager Bill Muckalt announced.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Aaron Rodgers threw for 333 yards and five touchdowns, including three to Randall Cobb, and the Green Bay Packers beat the Kansas City Chiefs 38-28 on Monday night.

CHICAGO (AP) — Chris Denorfia hit a pinch-hit home run leading off the bottom of the 11th inning to give the Chicago Cubs a 1-0 victory over the Kansas City Royals on Monday night.
